Performs Human Resources (HR) administrative support duties with a focus on recruitment and strategic organizational planning.
Perform general HR administration i.e., filing, new employee file preparations and new employee documentation completion and sign off.
Manages the HRIS system by maintaining accurate data, updating payroll databases, and generating Resolves a variety of logistical and operational tasks.
Provides support to employees by processing benefits, performance review forms, termination paperwork, and other essential functions in the areas of payroll, benefits, and human resources.
Submit monthly changes to the Holding Company (New Employees, Terminations, Transfers and Promotions) timeously.
Contributes to the coordination and implementation of administrative procedures, processes, policies and procedures in the areas of HR.
Ensure that both hard and soft copies of the signed PDR’s are received and filed on each employee’s file.
Assist with Employment Equity and BBB-EE information and updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
3 -5 years' experience in human resources and/or administrative support preferred.
Previous experience in Human Resources preferred.
Experience in the Human Resources field with a strong background in employee relations, recruitment and benefits.
