    Administrative Assistant/Human Resources Coordinator

    Requirements

    • Performs Human Resources (HR) administrative support duties with a focus on recruitment and strategic organizational planning.
    • Perform general HR administration i.e., filing, new employee file preparations and new employee documentation completion and sign off.
    • Manages the HRIS system by maintaining accurate data, updating payroll databases, and generating Resolves a variety of logistical and operational tasks.
    • Provides support to employees by processing benefits, performance review forms, termination paperwork, and other essential functions in the areas of payroll, benefits, and human resources.
    • Submit monthly changes to the Holding Company (New Employees, Terminations, Transfers and Promotions) timeously.
    • Contributes to the coordination and implementation of administrative procedures, processes, policies and procedures in the areas of HR.
    • Ensure that both hard and soft copies of the signed PDR’s are received and filed on each employee’s file.
    • Assist with Employment Equity and BBB-EE information and updates.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • 3 -5 years' experience in human resources and/or administrative support preferred.
    • Previous experience in Human Resources preferred.
    • Experience in the Human Resources field with a strong background in employee relations, recruitment and benefits.

    Accounting and Finance Consultant

    Requirements

    Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare monthly and quarterly Management Accounts, and Annual Financial Statements (AFS) – Inclusive of Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement - in compliance with IFRS.
    • Improve and interpret financial reports to support improved business decision-making.

    Financial Planning:

    • Preparation of financial budgets for revenues, expenses, capital expenditure and cash flows and communicate this to executive management.
    • Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.

    Cash Flow Analysis and Management:

    • Prepare Regular cash flow projections.
    • Control all banking facilities of the company to ensure efficient utilization and proper administration thereof.
    • Oversee the overall management of all financial functions.

    Credit Control Management:

    • Authorize timely issuance of invoices in accordance with levels of authority.
    • Review allocation of invoices to correct supplier and general ledger on a weekly basis.
    • Ensure timely payment of invoices.
    • System and process improvement.

    Internal Financial Controls Management:

    • Implement and maintain accounting systems that are effective, reliable and efficient to support reporting.
    • Maintain proper accounting controls such as ensuring that detailed reconciliations and other supporting documents are kept in a monthly file to support management reports in line with guidelines.

    Manage Financial Regulatory Compliance:

    • Comply with all statutory requirements e.g., VAT, Provisional tax etc.
    • Manage provision calculations of funds payable to SARS and associated return.

    Qualifications

    • CA(SA) or B.Com (Accounting) Hons degree with at least 2 years’ experience in a Financial Manager role.
    • Must have knowledge using SAP Finance.
    • Must be able to extrapolate reports, interpret them and draft income statements, cash flows, projections, balance sheet etc. as part of the reporting to the business unit manager.
    • IFRS knowledge.
    • Income Tax and Value-added Tax knowledge.
    • Must have payroll experience.

    Additional Qualifications:

    • SAP Business One experience
    • Oracle experience
