    Administrative Controller

    Job Advert Summary    

    • Ensure administrative controls within area of responsibility.                                                                                                                      

    Requirements    

    • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
    • National Diploma/ Higher level education, advantageous
    • Business English: Fluent 
    • Computer literacy (Intermediate)
    • Experience in working with senior management

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Perform administrative tasks within the department  
    • Responsible for administrative controls 
    • Ensure filing, storage and security of documents 
    • Co-ordinate the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment 
    • Respond to customer queries 
    • Deal with administrative queries 
    • Reconcile stock and place orders
    • Ensure completion of driver route reconciliation
    • Investigate CR's
    • Manage day start-/end and month end process
    • Allocating EFT’s and cashless payments once it reflects on bank statement.
    • Ensure Cash balancing is completed and balances daily.
    • Balancing staff shop at month end.
    • Capturing of cash receipts for agents.
    • Completion of resupply and direct deliveries.
    • Following up on outstanding POD’s
    • Clearing of house accounts at month end.
    • Processing credits on AS400.
    • Ensuring bestime is completed daily.
    • Assist the team as and when required
    • Adhoc duties that maybe requested from time to time
    • Control and monitor the ledger 
    • Maintain and explain driver ledger daily  
    • Follow-up on outstanding invoices  
    • Reconciliation of all cash invoices (cash, EFT payments, flash and Kazang)  
    • Report on driver claims  
    • Explanation of month-end ledger  
    • Managed staff 
    • Management discipline of staff  
    • Manage performance of staff  
    • Manage training and development of staff  
    • Manage staff leave 
    • Perform administrative duties 
    • Conduct daily reporting  
    • Compile document control process  
    • Prepare documents for scanning/filling
