Job Advert Summary    

• The purpose of this position is to provide effective administrative support to the Food Safety Management System, including FSSC 22000 Version 6, to ensure ongoing compliance and enable the business to maintain certification and meet regulatory and quality requirements.                                                                                                

Requirements    

• Degree (Bachelor Science in Food Science)

Business English: Fluent 

• Computer literacy (Intermediate)
• 2 – 5 years’ experience in working with senior management 
• Basic understanding of product technology and formulations
• Basic understanding of FSSC 22000

Duties and Responsibilities    
Manage Entropy System

• Update Entropy Food Safety system       
• Communicate to relevant personnel based on instruction for amendments to procedures             
• Monitor and update the audit schedule and system        
• Schedule training with relevant roleplayers         
• Follow up on training completed versus planned schedule           

Provide Support for Internal & External Audits

• Assist with execution of internal and external audit processes    
• Coordinate logistical arrangements for inductions and audits      
• Follow up of corrective action resulting from audit findings          
• Update of Entropy system and audit schedule    

Coordinate Entropy System Training

• Schedule training with relevant roleplayers         
• Follow up on training completed versus planned schedule           
• Update Entropy system with training schedules and outcomes   

Support Customer Complaint Investigations

• Gather data for customer complaints for investigation   
• Monitor and report on trends related to customers complaints on Cognos

Conduct General Administration          

• Generate and update Root Cause Analyses, Non-Conformances, Hazard Analyses, Critical Control Points and One Point Lessons
• Update site procedures
• Log K2 modifications and monitor progress of tasks         
• Record meeting minutes              
• Support with ad-hoc requests
