Administrative Officer grade 10 - Fixed Term Contract (9 months) (Governance and Administration) at University of KwaZulu-Natal

Job description

S/he will assist in the co­ordination of activities relating to the process and dissemination of information for the Registrar's office. This post reports to the Director of Governance and Administration.  

Minimum requirements

• Matric
• A minimum of a 1-year post matric qualification
• Two (2) years experience post-qualification in a higher education environment that includes organisational and project/office management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in Financial administration or management.
• Computer Literacy, including the use of ITS (Integrated Tertiary Systems).
