An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-Degree or higher qualification). A minimum of 1–year relevant administrative support experience.

Key Performance Areas
Render support with the development and maintenance of training policies and processes as part of the External Governance of the Quality Management System;
Render support with the monitoring of all quality assurance (administrative aspects) to ensure compliance with all other relevant policies and procedures as part of the Internal Governance process;
Render support with the monitoring to ensure compliance and relevance of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s); Render line administrative support services to the Sub-Directorate; Research and development.
Competencies
Knowledge of and working experience of the following: Legislation, regulatory frameworks, policies and best practices relevant to the line function; information systems that support the management of knowledge and information relating to the line function; administrative procedures and processes; project management functions; project coordination and project-related analytics; designing and implementing data collection tools; collecting and
analysing data; ensuring data quality and managing data and related information; monitoring and evaluation tools; data verification and analysis; creating dashboards and developing monitoring and evaluation tools; data management and data integrity; information and records management/administration; operational management practices; procurement and tendering processes.
