We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator: Bookings at our Mercedes Benz Bryanston dealership. The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage all booking inquiries, appointments, and schedules to ensure smooth and efficient operations in our service department.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and schedule service appointments in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure that appointments are scheduled efficiently and that work is completed on time.
Keep accurate records of all bookings and appointments in our database system.
Communicate with customers to provide updates on the status of their vehicles and any additional services needed.
Handle any rescheduling or cancellations of appointments as needed.
Assist with tracking and reporting on key performance metrics related to bookings and customer satisfaction.
Provide administrative support to the service department as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer service or automotive setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and database programs.
Knowledge of Mercedes Benz vehicles and service procedures is a plus.
