    Administrator | Constantia, Cape Town

    Responsibilities:

    • Minimisation of miss deals
    • Cash and Trade settlement Management on Funds -Beginning
    • Capturing data into the system - Instrument setups
    • Accurate and in time process - trade uploads, demat trades
    • Fund Manager Reporting - Daily Sheets , Trade Sheets
    • Improving and reviewing existing processes
    • Other operational tasks (Account opening, Due Diligence +
    • Attending to internal and external queries timeously
    • Demonstrate and understanding and awareness of TCF
    • Maintain internal/external relationships - assisting other

    Minimum requirements:

    • Relevant qualification (relevant financial qualification)- BCom Finance, Economics, BAdmin degree
    • 3-5+ years’ relevant experience within financial services
