Description

Right To Care is looking for Administrator (Contract Management Systems) which will be based at Centurion, to provide effective contract management system (CMS) support services to the Legal Department.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Keeping CMS up to date with new changes
- Advise legal team of new instructions and uploads received
- Advise legal team of progression of workflows
- Advice legal team when agreements have reached approval stage
- To provide training on CMS for internal stakeholders
- Liaising with IT department on new developments.
- Liaising with IT department on technical issues and resolving of technical issues
- Updating of CMS as per instruction from legal team
- Develop training manual
Requirements

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a legal office environment
- Studying toward Paralegal Diploma
