Administrator – Health & Safety at Glencore

The incumbent in this role is responsible for assisting in managing and maintaining the Health and Safety Systems and assist with administrative duties within the Contractor Academy.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidating monthly Health and Safety reports for reporting purposes.
• Assisting with document control for Health and Safety related documentation.
• Capturing data into the Health and Safety Systems.
• Assisting with compilation of presentations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Grade 12.
• Studying towards a relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
• Driver’s license Code EB (08).

Minimum Experience

• MS Office Proficiency.
• Administrative experience will be advantageous.
