Administrator Maintenance WM Planning - Mamatwan Mine at South32

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is a permanent full-time position.

• As an administrator maintenance work maintenance planning , you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and performance measures are entered, tracked and monitored for data history.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Recording and tracking equipment deployments;
• Collect operation units of measure data both manually and automatically through systems;
• Compilation of general standard reports;
• Create notifications;
• Issuing of vehicle licenses in line with FRCS;
• Scheduling of work orders;
• Place Purchase Requisitions on SAP;
• Printing and distributing SAP work orders;
• Coordinate planning meetings;
• Manage shared resource list;
• Filing, Archiving, data capturing and copying.

ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in Maintenance Administration / Clerk role;
• Experience working on SAP/1SAP;
• Technical experience in Mechanical / Electrical field is advantageous. 

Qualifications for this role are:

• Grade 12;
• Computer literacy in MS Office suite:
