    Requirements:

    • Tertiary qualification is essential (non-negotiable)
    • Must have above average Excel skills
    • Must be articulate
    • Must have excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
    • Must have a good command of the English language
    • Must be a team player
    • Must have a high work ethic
    • Must have a high attention to detail
    • Must have high energy

    Duties (not limited to ) :
    Reception

    • Professional reception interaction with both Candidates and Clients alike
    • Professionally managing all incoming telephone calls
    • Professionally managing and responding to all incoming Headhunters emails; viz. [email protected]
    • Ensuring the reception area and boardroom is always neat, tidy and well organized
    • Ensuring the Headhunters brand is always portrayed professionally to any visitors entering the reception area

    Administrative :

    • Providing general administrative support
    • Performing routine clerical duties including the processing of mail, filing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, scheduling of meetings related to recruitment procedures.
    • Providing horizontal support to all Recruiters daily
    • Performing any other supporting tasks assigned by the Manager
    • Candidate management
    • Preparation for interview such as: receiving of candidates, scheduling of interviews on behalf of consultant, communication with candidates.
    • Inputting of applicant’s information into database.
    • Email notifications of application status
    • Answering of the Incoming Telephone calls and taking messages thereof.
    • Group and select candidates as per Job Specs, and present to respective Consultant
    • Welcome candidates and take their photograph using Webcam.
    • Assist the consultants at all times with administrative duties, such as preparation and checking of CV’s, adding CV’s into the database, scheduling interviews, etc.
    • Run Reference, Credit and Criminal Record checks on candidates
    • Admin related functions that may be deemed necessary, including but not limited to:
      • Typing of CV’s
      • Reference and verification checks
      • Filing
      • Confidential PA duties

    Resourcer :

    • Identify, attract, and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief
    • Identify new business opportunities.
    • Sourcing of candidates, using a proactive sourcing approach; viz.utilising platforms like LinkedIn, PNet, CJ and to achieve the desired results
    • Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently
    • Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
    • Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams
    • Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
