Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
An admin related qualification together with legal or finance background will be an advantage
Preferably have 3-5 years administration related experience
The candidate must have outstanding administrative, time management and organisational skills
Fully computer literate on Microsoft Office suite* with an advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
Proven record of working on internal company systems will be advantageous
Must be able to work independently and also function well within a team
An understanding of Business, Finance and Admin processes
Applicant must have good interpersonal skills and outstanding communication skills
Applicant must be well spoken and fluent in both Afrikaans and English
Strong sense of client orientated service delivery
Logical and analytical approach to work and problem solving
Must work with extreme accuracy and required attention to detail
The candidate must be able to work unsupervised and under pressure in a deadline driven environment
Self-reliance with a high level of integrity and accountability
Must have own reliable transport
*IMPORTANT NOTE: Our recruitment process includes a pre-screening interview which may entail a specific task-oriented assessment in a simulated office environment of the skills related to the technical expectations of this position.
Daily duties may include but not be limited to the following:
All general administration duties within an administration environment
General typing and updating of client information and documentation on our internal system
Updating of our client database on our internal system
Any other tasks necessary for the conduct of the employer’s business as the employer may from time to time direct
Daily / weekly reporting to direct manager on progress made with tasks and highlighting exceptions
Strong written and oral communication skills, especially when dealing with e-mail and telephone enquiries
Successful candidates will be required to start immediately or as soon as possible - subject to their current employer’s notice period.
