Administrator: Service Advisor (Non-Technical) at Motus Holdings Limited

Position Summary:

• We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor Administrator. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our service department.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments
• Communicate with customers to explain service recommendations and costs
• Prepare work orders and ensure accurate billing and invoicing
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of service work
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain customer records and update service history information
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts and supplies
• Provide support to service managers and other team members as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or administration preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
