    Finance and Insurance Manager - KIA N1 CITY

    Purpose

    • This is a key role that provides support to the dealership network by providing an efficient service to customers and the dealership through vehicle finance and the sale of approved products to maximise gross profit while ensuring that all training, fit & proper, honesty and integrity requirements of the Financial Service Board (FSB) are upheld.

    Minimum Experience

    • 3 years’ experience in a similar role with a customer services focus within the Automotive Retail Industry or Banking environment.

    Minimum Qualification

    • Grade 12 /Matric and with a relevant diploma. Credit Management Diploma will be advantageous. In addition, a Regulatory Exam, NC Accreditation, Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with minimum 120 credits

    Minimum Requirements

    • Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures
    • Customer service and sale management.
    • Understanding of the compliance governing the retail industry would be an advantage.
    • Knowledge of the NCA, CRA, FAIS, FICA.

    Project Accountant

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • The Project Accountant is responsible for providing financial oversight, control, and reporting for specific projects within the Business.  This role ensures that projects are financially viable, compliant with regulatory and Company requirements, and delivered within approved budgets and timelines.
    • The position plays a critical role in budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, and reporting, supporting informed decision-making and ensuring financial integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

    DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Financial Planning & Budgeting:

    • Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets and forecasts
    • Track project costs, revenue, and profitability against approved budgets
    • Identify variances and provide explanations and corrective recommendations

    Financial Control & Reporting:

    • Prepare accurate and timely project financial reports for management

    • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role
    • Proven experience in project accounting, cost control, or management accounting
    • Experience within the Financial Services and/or Motor industry will be a strong advantage
    • Exposure to regulated environments and/or compliance-driven industries

    Qualifications and Experience

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience needed:

    • Must have a clear Criminal Record
    • Must have Leadership and Time Management skills
