    Administrator

    Own and master all the various processes within the International across all Clients

    The team is responsible for QC, processing and maintenance on ALL of the processes across ALL of the Clients

    To provide first class service to the Client, we need to ensure that our work queues are emptied before the end of business daily

    • You will be required to reject or request further information to finalise work items in queue
    • Remain within the cut-off times as set in the Service Level Agreement
    • Resolve all queries within specific turnaround times

    Educational Requirements (Educational / academic qualifications)

    • Matric is minimum with 60% core mathematics and english
    • Tertiary qualification / studying towards a tertiary qualification in financial services is advantageous
    • Financial Services (Funds and Platform industry) 4 to 6 years’ work experience and related tertiary studies including international funds

    Requirements of the role

    Have excellent knowledge of all processes from start-to-end including:

    • Technical rules and how the various systems work
    • Business rules on each process per Client
    • Manual processes per Client
    • Good understanding of the Client’s funds and products and the applicable regulation and legislation that govern these
    • Be sufficiently competent on the systems to enable full investigation before logging these
    • Be curious and innovative in driving continuous improvements – target is to reduce the SLA by 80%
    • Be fully competent on Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) and the process to calculate amendments and fees where required
    • Be quality orientated with a 100% accuracy rate within a very robust turnaround time
    • Have high standards of performance for self, assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing tasks i.e. self imposing standards of excellence
    • Mature and self-directed. Support and training will be given initially and continually, but should be internally directed and should be capable of following training documents
    • Actively participate as a team member and contribute to the success of the team and achievements of it’s goals which includes being willing to assist team members during high volume periods to ensure that deliverables are achieved
    • To be flexible in working hours as shifts are required to work across the time zones with our Clients internationally
    • Manage time effectively and efficiently i.e. fetch work instead of waiting on allocation, all work received must be completed by end of day
    • Continuous self-development and learning to improve self and processes
