    Administrator

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Administrative skills
    • Computer skills - Excel, Sage online or other financial accounting system, stock management
    • Experience in the engineering/construction/maintenance industries is an advantage
    • Negotiating skills
    • Research skills
    • Strong interpersonal and customer skills
    • Basic financial literacy
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Successful upkeep of Supplier Management Database
    • Debtor and customer management (including customer order tracking)
    • Product research and supplier research
    • Shipping department backup
