Advanced Field Service Engr at Honeywell

Key Responsibilities

• Represents Honeywell in customer interactions in a professional manner that is consistent with Honeywell values.
• Being the technical point of reference for the team
• To support Field Service Manager to ensure successful delivery of Projects, SPOTS and Contract work.
• Help grow the technical capabilities and skills of the team
• Ensure that all the work is covered by the team looking at Back Log and Front Log
• Support Sales on proposals technically
• Partner the Account Management team looking for growth and the most efficient technical solutions

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
• 5+ years’ experience in the field
• Team leadership experience would be advantageous
• Knowledge of DCS, Honeywell Experion PKS, and TPS systems
• Travel required within SSA

• Previous technical/installation experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Good written and oral communication
• Instrumentation experience
• Advanced Degree
• Good presentation skills
• PMD and QCS knowledge would be advantageous
• Proposal preparation and estimation experience
