Advertising Clerk at Shoprite Group of Companies

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate leaflets and promotional materials.
• Perform updates and amendments in the RMS (Retail Management System).
• Collaborate with buyers on change management processes.
• Load and verify bonus buys in SAP.
• Conduct SAP checks against the master SPAs (Special Purchase Agreements).
• Facilitate communication with service departments to ensure alignment.
• Maintain internal site group information for seamless operations.
• Brief and proofread price perception posters.
• Archive published leaflets for future reference.
• Perform general administrative duties to support the advertising team.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

• Matric or higher education.

Experience:

• A minimum of three to five years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in retail is advantageous, providing insight into the advertising role within the retail industry.
