    Advertising Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Management

    • Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets for promotional spaces, advertising, and media placements.
    • Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy, including direct marketing, client pitches, and ongoing relationship management.
    • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals.

    Advertising & Promotional Space Sales

    • Manage the sale of indoor and outdoor advertising spaces, promotional courts, and exhibition areas.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including tenants, agencies, and event organizers.
    • Evaluate proposals and client requirements to align with strategic goals and optimize space usage.

    Event Coordination and Campaign Execution

    • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to conceptualize and implement exhibitions and activations.
    • Ensure all promotional setups meet compliance standards and enhance the customer experience.
    • Drive sponsorship and partnership opportunities to maximize event impact.

    Team Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

    • Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers to streamline operations and deliver quality results.
    • Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.

    Reporting and Administration

    • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, client interactions, and event evaluations.
    • Ensure all documentation, including contracts and invoices, is processed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
    • Submit detailed monthly reports on sales activities and revenue achievements.

    Requirements

    • Qualifications: Relevant diploma or degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2-3 years in sales management, preferably in retail, advertising, or media.

    Skills:

    • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficiency in Office 365 and data management tools.
    • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
    • Other: Valid driver’s license and own transport. Availability to work weekends or after hours as needed.
