What impact will you make?

As a Senior Manager Cyber Strategy you will support our clients in determining their way forward on the management of cyber security, often in the form of developing and implementing a cyber transformation program. With risk in mind, you will identify the threat landscape and have a clear understanding of the client organization to be able to bridge the gaps between security and business at the client.

How you will make an Impact

• You will lead the team by performing interviews, guiding (senior) consultants, and be the main contact person for the client. For IT Audit and Third Party Assurance (e.g. ISAE, SOC) projects you will test design, implementation and operating effectiveness for relevant controls in the system. In your report you will give your client a good, solid advice that matches the risks of the organization, the people and their work ethic. Related projects can be very diverse and vary from small scale engagements to long-term IT Audits for the annual statement and Third Party Assurance (e.g. ISAE, SOC) projects.
• You will get the opportunity to work both on audit and advisory assignments to provide you with different experiences and learning opportunities. Your responsibilities will increase fast as the learning curve is steep.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong academics with a strong affinity with IT and business

Experience & Skills

For the role of Senior Manager Cyber Strategy, you also have:

• At least 8 years relevant work experience
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to understand and resolve potential issues encountered of managing diverse teams
• A holistic understanding of security with a strong overview of all aspects within security with regards to prevention, detection and response
• Extensive experience in program, financial, people and project management of IT Security related projects
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude, including the ability to develop business relationships with clients as well as peers from diverse backgrounds
