Afrikaans Au Pair | Midstream | R15 000 - R17 000 Per Month at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• A family is looking for an AU PAIR for their 2 children
• Area: Midstream
• Ages: 3 year old – Boy & Newborn due end of March
• Working hours:  Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00
• School holiday hours: Same as above
• Duties: Mom will be around for the first couple of months however the role will entail taking care of the newborn in the morning and then both children in the afternoon.
• Collect 3 year old from school, general care and supervision, preparing basic snacks and meals, educational play and stimulating activities. Baby duties would entail general care and supervision, preparing bottles and feeding, changing nappies, managing nap times, educational and age-appropriate stimulation.
• The role would also include driving duties to and from extra murals or appointments, basic meal preparation for the family and ad hoc overtime and weekend work may be required from time to time with prior notice and paid additionally.
• Requirements: Afrikaans speaking. No dependents, 30 years and younger.
• School: Playschool within the area
• Start date: April – permanent
• Salary: R15 000 - R17 000pm - dependent on experience (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.95)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
