    AFS Compiler - Hilton

    • Our client, a well-established accounting firm based in Hilton, is seeking an experienced AFS Compiler to join their team.

    Responsibilities

    • Compile Annual Financial Statements (AFS) for companies, close corporations, trusts, and other entities
    • Prepare financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards and legislation
    • Process year-end journals and accounting adjustments
    • Reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts
    • Prepare supporting working papers and maintain client files
    • Obtain financial information and supporting documents from clients

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • 2–5 years' experience in an accounting firm or similar environment
    • Experience compiling Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
    • Experience using CaseWare
