After Sales Service Manager at Xiaomi Technology

Job responsibilities:

• To formulate overseas service policies according to overseas business needs and promote their organization and implementation;
• According to the data of different business departments, provide business improvement and adjustment suggestions, cooperate with internal resources of the company, and continuously improve customer satisfaction;
• To take the lead in organizing the service preparation of new products in the countries or regions under their jurisdiction;
• Responsible for the management, supervision, assessment and settlement of labor costs of local service partner;
• To take the lead in organizing the inspection and qualification certification of local service partner;
• To be responsible for negotiation and signing of overseas after-sales service contracts;
• Accept customer complaints, coordinate with service partner to provide satisfactory solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Skilled in listening, speaking, reading and writing, English can be used as a working language.
• More than 3 years experience in mobile phone after-sales service.
• Familiar with overseas mobile phone after-sales business;
• Able to adapt to short-term overseas travel within the region.
