Effective management of Second level dealers and Parts dealers
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Matric or higher, 3 to 5 years’ experience in parts supervision or sales role
SAP and CRM literate MS office programs
Good communication (written, verbal and presentation) and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, under pressure and meeting deadlines
Willing to travel as and when required
High level of computer literacy (including relevant SAP exposure)
Good knowledge of Perkins components and relevant industry
Business development skills and knowledge
Financial management skills
Strategic management ability
Track record in leading / managing people in a team-based and participative environment
Presentation and communication skills; Good Customer relations
Valid Passport and drivers licence
Ability to have all inoculations required to travel to foreign countries
