Aftersales Clerk (Frontline) at Barron

Job Objectives and Functions:

Monitor Customer Returns:

• To receive customer returned orders via 3PL (couriers) and or walk-in customers, and customer drivers.
• Accurately validate documentation against containers received, waybill numbers and return order numbers.
• Sort and accurately allocate returned order in designated areas.
• Validate that all physical stock received has the correct documentation (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
• Inspect product returned to check for any stock damages or stock personalisation.
• Accurately repack inspected stock for back-to-stock registration.
• Correctly register stock on ERP System into a return holding location.
• Record and report discrepancies to Controller or Manager.
• Maintain accurate electronic as well as physical records and assist in inventory control.
• Collaborate with the Aftersales team for all required documentation as well as courier partners for all expected shipments for returns.
• Ensure all in-process stock registration work is systematically and physically closed by end of shift.  

Monitor Cancelled Customer Order:

• Attend to all cancelled orders on the ERP system and collect from designated location and move to returns location for further processing.
• Physically inspect and validate stock against sales order to be cancelled.
• Systematically reverse picking work and register cancelled stock into a holding location to compete sales order cancellation.
• Physically handover stock to Inventory for stock putaways.
• Ensure all in-process stock registration work is systematically and physically closed by end of shift.  

Housekeeping:

• Accountable for practicing basic housekeeping principles to ensure that workstations are tidy.

Health & Safety:

• Responsible for ensuring that health and safety policies are adhered to.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• NQF 4 Matric Essential
• NQF 5 Supply Chain Management -Desirable
