Job Description
- To provide an efficient inbound and outbound call centre function to Fleet merchants by resolving queries and complaints accurately and within agreed service times. The call centre provides a 24/7 service. To provide an administration support function.
Qualifications
- Type of Qualification: Secondary/High school/A levels/Matric
- Field of Study: Not applicable
Experience Required
- Business Solutions
- Business & Commercial Banking
- 1-2 years
- Experience in the Fleet management system, Call Centre experience will be beneficial.
