• Coach team members
• The Scrum master makes sure team members are well trained and understand the Agile process
• Host daily stand-up meetings
• Assist the Product Owner with the backlog
• Remove roadblocks for the team
• Teach scrum practices and principles
• Ensures documentation in the Product Depot is up to date
• Ensures the YPA is updated
• Help the team with documentation
• Drive operational excellence in an Operational Team

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications/Experience:

• 4+ years’ experience in IT industry
• Scrum master certification
• Combined with Business knowledge + Project Management skills
• Experience in the automotive industry advantageous

Essential Skills Requirements:

• Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective & other as needed)
• Coaching Agile practices
• Tight grip on Agile Estimating and planning
• Forecasting
• Removing impediments
• Creating communication channel (Team, Product Owner, Stakeholder)
• Enforcing rules
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
