    Operations Manager (Expert) – 0169 TT

    Description

    • Steer Operational Excellence within respective area of responsibility
    • Collaborate with all relevant Stakeholder i.e. Process and Product Owners, Line Managers, Agile Masters Operations Managers, Operations Experts etc
    • Drive the implementation and enhancement of all required Operations structures and processes, as per client’s IT standards and guidelines
    • Drive the formalisation of Operations agreements with Customers
    • Drive the improvement in Operations knowledge
    • Drive the adherence to the Group IT Operations KPIs
    • Drive continuous improvement to Operations quality / maturity
    • Manage interdepartmental and customer expectations and stakeholder engagement
    • Monitor overall Initiative performance, progress, and risk status
    • Recommend and steer risk mitigating plans to Stakeholders
    • Relevant reporting on overall Initiative to Stakeholders
    • Advocating for best practices in tooling and instrumentation
    • Drive the enhancement of change management processes in compliance with the client’s IT standards and guidelines

    Minimum Requirements

    Qualifications/Experience:

    • IT / Business Degree / Diploma / equivalent years of experience
    • ITIL Certification advantageous
    • Project Management Qualification advantageous
    • Scrum Master Qualification advantageous
    • 10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager and / or Scrum Master
    • 10+ years Operations experience in terms of Processes, KPIs, Quality Management etc

    Essential Skills Requirements:

    • Extensive experience with DevOps Processes and tools
    • Extensive experience with ITIL principles and processes, in particular related to IT Operations
    • Extensive experience with Release Management, in complex and production critical environments
    • Experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies
    • Knowledge and experience with project management principles and methodologies, related to software development
    • Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

    Advantageous Skills Requirements:

    • Solid working experience of the client’s IT Operations processes, KPIs, deliverables etc

    Description

    Data Engineer (Power BI)

    Description

    • Some of the primary responsibilities of this role would include owning, tracking and resolving report related incidents and requests.
    • Fulfilling requests and resolving incidents within SLAs.
    • Designing developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions.
    • Crafting and executing queries upon request for data.
    • Presenting information through reports and visualization. 
    • Attending meetings with various stakeholders and providing feedback to line management.
    • Must be able to translate the strategic objectives of the team and the organization into work-relevant objectives.

    Senior Payroll Administrator (Sage 300) KG

    Key Responsibilities:

    Payroll Management:

    • Assist with processing of monthly payroll for 5,000-7,000 employees, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
    • Assist & process payroll-related activities, including processing bonuses, commissions, overtime, and deductions.
    • Reconcile payroll data, validate payslips, and generate payroll reports.
    • Manage expatriate payroll, ensuring compliance with South African immigration and labour laws.
    • Respond to employee enquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and benefits.
    • Manage employee leave and overtime requests.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, both electronically and physically.
    • Assist employees with UIF claims, tax documents, and employment confirmations.
    • Liaise with auditors and provide necessary payroll documentation.
    • Collaborate with the Finance team on payroll journal queries and GRS journal entries.
    • Manage third-party invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
    • Maintain the payroll system and ensure it remains up-to-date with legislative changes.
    • Assist with support and deliver of monthly payrolls for company.
    • Process accurate and timely full and final settlements for departing employees.

    Minimum Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in human resources management, finance, or a related field.
    • 5 years of experience within payroll primarily using Sage.
    • Experience with Sage 300 Job Costing.
    • Experience in payroll processing, with a strong understanding of payroll operations.
    • Must Have Advanced Experience in HR administration support.

    Description

    • Coach team members
