Agricultural Advisor: Animal Production - Mkhondo Municipality at Mpumalanga Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Land and Environmental Affairs

REQUIREMENTS

• A Matric Certificate and a relevant Agricultural Qualification with Animal Production/Science as a major at NQF level 8 as recognized by South African Qualification Authority (SAQA), two years relevant experience. A valid driver’s license. Registration with professional body (SACNASP).

DUTIES

• Render scientific and technical advice to internal and external clients. Provide technical support in terms of planning, advice and after care for organized agriculture and other agricultural stakeholders.
• Provide technical support on Government funded projects (such as CASP, PLAS, MESP, PKM etc.). promte sustainable production of Agricultural Products. Compile and submit all required administrative reports.
