Onboarding new clients, developing and maintaining working relationships with clients to secure contracts to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets. Carry out annual sales revenue GAAP revenue target to sell Alibaba Cloud global solutions through direct sales and channel ecosystem.
Build and strengthen sales pipeline for Alibaba Cloud across Africa. enhance customer onboarding. Create and execute channel strategy to build, protect and grow key partners. Working with back office channel team to enable, empower and upskill key partners in Africa.
Work with back office to provide trainings and workshops to partners to enhance brand awareness and improve collaborations
Be a team player to help the team hit its overall revenue target and build solid ecosystem by offering internal cross trainings, knowledge and experience sharing, and contributing to teamwork spirit
Work with HQ back office functional lines to collaborate and contribute to overall products, solutions and operation enhancements
Create and define, execute Africa Alibaba Cloud sales strategy in Africa, include but not limited to sales event promotion, marketing event planning and execution with HQ marketing team to promote Alibaba Cloud brand awareness across Africa.
Job requirements
Bachelor degree in business or technology. More than 3 years of cloud sales experience. In-depth understanding about cloud technologies. Channel or sales experience in related field targeting technology and cloud native sectors, with sound sales records.
Experience with partnership, alliance program and channel platform is preferred
Ability to direct collaborative efforts of resources within a large organization, including internal resources, external resources and other constituent groups as appropriate；Ability to manage change, resolve conflicts and ensure collaboration within teams and/or units; maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
