What will you do?
- First line AML administrator duties relating to clearing and investigating ORMS and SIRON dashboards
- Review KYC documents of clients and recon to Sanlam requirements
- Capture client KYC data in ORMS
- Capture client KYC data in CRM
- Save all client FICA appropriately
- First Line AML Administrators duties relating to capturing and compiling:
- On-boarding
- screening
- risk rating
- customer due diligence,
- enhanced due diligence
- First Line AML Administrator KYC data Maintenance Functions
- First Line AML Administrator KYC Termination Functions
- First Line AML Administrator Function for Annual Data Maintenance
- Capturing client data on Annual Data Maintenance Spreadsheets
- Compile EDD reports
- Ensuring adherence to the FICA regulation operationally
- Execute the AML processes and procedures in line with Risk Management Compliance Plan and regulation
What will make you successful in this role?

Qualification And Experience
- Grade 12 with 2 to 3 years experience
