Job Description

Developing, maintaining and updating reports as required by COO Team. Collecting data from Various Datasources such as CDR, RDR, ComIT and Business partners in different formats and developing the Report systems using in various urls provided by Apptio. Such as Bill of IT, IT Planning, Administrative Product Catalog, Forecast Volume Planning, Technology Volume Reports, Cost Transparency, BOIT Datamarts and other technology cost based reports.

Responsibilities

• Download IT cost, volume and hierarchy data from RDR and ComIT using Toad, Monthly or fortnightly and whenever user requests for updates.
• Creating user friendly reports (Summary, Drillable) to analyze the cost of applications and consumables
• Development includes uploading raw data, creating tables, models, metrics, perspectives, designs and reports
• Addressing the Prod Issues, includes the various issues regarding data, design, memory and all adhoc requests.
• Build the links in reports and tables, maintaining and updating them as the reports are updated
• Modifying and updating the tables, reports and promoting them in different environments (Prod, Stage and Dev) as per user requirements and requests.
• Error/Bug Fixing in Dev environment.
• Documenting the SOP’s whenever the Application or Tool updates/changes happens. Ensure user experience considerations are incorporated into solution requirements and design
• Daily connects with LOB and communicate the updates and providing them with daily activities

Requirements

• Education: B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
• Certifications, If Any: Not Mandatory
• Experience Range: 5 – 7 years

Foundational Skills

• VBA, Strong knowledge on Excel Formulas
• Java, ASP.Net MVC, JQuery, Angular, HTML5, API, Sql server 2014
• Experience in analytic and reporting tools such as Tableau and Share point
