    Analyst I, Learning & Development

    Job Description

    The Global Learning & Development team within the Global Consumer Care (GCC) Organization plans, architects, executes training and development for the organization and its partners. Learning & Development is governed by cross-organizational standards that enable an outstanding learning experience while ensuring robust commitment to quality and compliance with our marketing and regulatory partners.

    The team is comprised of Learning & Development Analysts and a Training Manager that work multi-functionally with the global and regional operational leaders in Global Consumer Care.

    Position Summary

    The Analyst I, Learning & Development will have responsibility for the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) for GCC members (J&J employees and non-J&J employees of GCC team globally) and the management of the users and curricula in the LMS. This position will collaborate with the Global Learning & Development team to drive continuous process improvement in training processes. May participate in independent internal and partner audits to assess compliance with regulations, guidelines, and operating procedures associated with the training program, as the need arises. Will provide support for regulatory audits.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide LMS (ComplianceWire/Summit) support to all GCC Users as needed (e.g. troubleshooting system issues, training/coaching on LMS functionalities)

    • Monitor weekly SOP/QSP/WWSP reports for needed updates to GCC curricula. Maintain Training curricula by adding and/or removing training items as needed; creating new or revising curricula in LMS.

    • Run and produce training evidence, monthly metrics, and ad hoc reports upon request and during scheduled audits. Report training completion metrics to Management on monthly basis or as needed

    • Addition and removal of new or former users from user groups with instructions and support provided to new users.

    • Management of LMS User Leave of Absence Tasks

    • Supporting and ensuring users' compliance to training requirements

    • Documentation and tracking of LMS users and curricula as needed outside the LMS

    • Tracking of Qualified Trainers

    • Creation and assignment of Instructor Led Training Courses, Training Assessment Forms, Trainer Qualifications, Quizzes, Training Equivalencies and Historical Completions for all CCC and GCC System-related Training Items

    • Attend LMS Administrator trainings and meetings

    • Attend project meetings and ad hoc meetings as needed

    • Appropriately raise any potential or perceived risks and provide recommendations for process improvements and automation

    • Ensure employees under his/her scope of responsibility are trained in required procedures for the execution of their role and maintain current with training requirements during the year through monitoring of training completions.


    Qualifications

    • 4-year degree in business related field or equivalent.

    • Experience in LMS systems preferred.

    • Experience with Cornerstone on Demand helpful.

    • Some experience leading or running effective training programs in a highly regulated environment preferred.

    • Experience designing and implementing training programs/procedures preferred.

    • Experience with eAuthoring tools (e.g. iSpring, Adobe Articulate) highly desirable.

    • Ability to work during US Eastern Time hours for initial transition period, and also willing to flex work schedule given the global nature of the role.

    • Desire and ability to act as a subject matter expert in their area of responsibility

    • Results-oriented with a willingness to take on responsibility and act with initiative.

    • Must have outstanding project management skills; (the ability to balance multiple projects with shifting and conflicting priorities and timelines).

    • Detail oriented and highly organized; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; excellent interpersonal skills; strong ability to troubleshoot and inventive in resolving issues
