    Analyst, Operations

    What You'll Bring:

    • Analyze and interpret data across multiple business units as well as various customer and consumer channels to identify impact on the consumer journey. 
    • To identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost savings to enhance customer and consumer experience.
    • Support the launch, implementation, management and reporting of contact center and Operations Support through Bot, AI, and automated solutions.
    • Work with Product Owner and other stakeholders to capture business impacting requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
    • Create and maintain documentation of processes and work streams.
    • Validate data integrity.
    • Make recommendation for process improvement and define project scope for successful implementation or problem resolution.
    • Assist in and or collaborate with all GCCA support teams as and when required.

    Impact You'll Make:

    • A relevant bachelor’s degree e.g.: Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics
    • At least two years’ work experience in a similar role
    • Familiarity with process automation and process documentation
    • Strong technology and business acumen
    • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
    • Strong intellectual curiosity with a desire to understand the root cause of a challenge/problem/opportunity.
    • Experience in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment is a must have.
    • Previous Customer Contact Center and Operations Support experience is preferred.
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team and with minimal guidance.
    • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.
    • Knowledge and familiarity of technology systems such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Amazon Connect, Salesforce, SQL
