    Specialist II, Web Analysis - Consumer Insights and Experience (GCC Africa Remote)

    • Give strict attention to regulatory and compliance requirements including but not limited to: ADA, WCGA, Section 508, GDPR, etc.
    • Manage the usability testing process from concept to completion maintaining transparency and open communication with all stakeholders. Maximize efficiency, manage and organize a robust content library within an Agile Marketing environment. 
    • Self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail. If you experience any blockers, it will be your job to remove them and implement a smoother process. 
    • 3+ years of in-house or agency user experience research and testing and can wear multiple hats as needed. 
    • Excellent grasp of English and grammar and the ability to communicate proficiently with stakeholders and business leaders. 
    • Preferred experience and familiar with the following: UserTesting.com, Google Analytics, Adobe Target, and Salesforce.

    TA Consultant - Remote - GCC Africa

    What You'll Bring:

    How You’ll Contribute  

    • Sourcing passive candidates through networking, referrals, internet searches and research
    • Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday and Phenom for attracting strong active candidates as well as advertise positions and manage responses
    • Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
    • Identify and qualify sources, including search engines involving forums, groups, message boards, organisation lists, publications, home pages, colleges and institutes, and job fairs as well as building personal networks
    • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, basic qualifications and culture fit
    • Conduct relevant checks on the candidates and forward viable candidates to hiring managers
    • Maintain applicant tracking system and pipeline management system by entering and updating, sourcing, profiling, resume management, matching, and tracking information 
    • Proactively understands possible future needs and sources for pipeline. Keeps in contact with pipeline candidates to ensure quick turnaround when a position does become available.

    What You’ll Bring 

    • Applicable HR or Industrial Psychology degree
    • 5 years’ experience of direct recruiting, sourcing within a fast-paced corporate environment and experience of using recruiting platforms like Workday, Phenom and LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Some BPO recruitment experience is advantageous
    • Ideally recruiting within a corporate environment across all levels and functions
    • Ability to generate a high-volume/high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
    • Ability to implement targeted sourcing initiatives with a sense of urgency
    • Experience or knowledge of Boolean logic, and other search methodologies is an advantage

    Learner Support Lead

    What You'll Bring:

    • Collaborate with business units leads to develop learner profiles in preparation for new intakes, in line with business requirements.
    • Provide constant and continuous feedback to regulatory and compliance specialist to recommend qualifications / programs as required by business.
    • Lead and project manage learner recruitment and onboarding.
      • Ensure checkpoints are in place to ensure team is tracking well against Learnership deadlines.
      • Ensure job requisitions are loaded onto Workday and receive the required approvals.
      • Ensure effective selection and placement of learners to maximize the absorption rate.
      • Engage with all stakeholders to ensure the successful onboarding for these Learners.
      • Ensure onboarding and payroll documents for all learners are completed and submitted timeously to all relevant internal stakeholders.
      • Collate and submit all learner documents required for regulatory, and compliance purposes.
      • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure all learners have attended induction.
      • Submit monthly progress reports to be with all relevant stakeholders.
      • Keep record of all engagement (minutes, follow-up emails etc.)
      • Provide a high-quality service, coaching, guiding, and mentoring to our Learners to create a meaningful and rewarding learning journey. 
        • Conduct regular ad hoc workspace audits.
        • Conduct regular (Monthly / Bi-Monthly check-ins with learners and operations leads)
        • Manage Learner performance, disciplinary, project deliverables and assist Mentors with any HR & ER issues.
        • Be readily available for ADHOC request and/or urgent meetings and record all details and report.
        • Keep track of Logbook completion status and oversee logbook completion and mentorship elements.
      • Advocate for learners and drive absorption as part of the learner journey.
      • Demonstrate understanding of SLA requirements.
      • Perform any/other duties as assigned from time to time.
      • Demonstrate an understanding of differently abled individuals to be able to link to business need.

    Analyst, Operations

    What You'll Bring:

    • Analyze and interpret data across multiple business units as well as various customer and consumer channels to identify impact on the consumer journey. 
    • To identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost savings to enhance customer and consumer experience.
    • Support the launch, implementation, management and reporting of contact center and Operations Support through Bot, AI, and automated solutions.
