    Requirements: 

    • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in in-house recruitment, adept at swiftly building candidate pools against diverse requirements. 
    • Proficient in leveraging platforms like LinkedIn to identify and engage top talent. 
    • Embrace new sourcing techniques and approaches to keep us ahead of the game. 
    • Dedicated to meeting deadlines and delivering results without compromising quality. 
    • Committed to continual learning and self-improvement, both technically and functionally.

    • Ability to maintain confidential company and candidate information.  
    • Excellent communication, presentation, time management, organisational, decision making, and problem solving skills.  
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.  
    • Desire to learn and advance in a fast paced environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.  
    • Ability to work outside of normal business hours and travel as needed.

    Support Analyst I-1 (JHB, Cape Town)

    Job Summary

    Our Software Support Analysts are responsible for resolving customer queries and will need to analyse software issues to recommend solutions, engaging with clients via telephone and our online system. The successful candidate will need to listen and empathise with our clients and use your troubleshooting skills, positive attitude and knowledge of the software to meet their needs to deliver a consistent professional experience.

    This role specifically relates to our Qube PM product, in depth training on our systems and infrastructure will be provided.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a customer facing role (2-3 years)
    • Good interpersonal skills. Patience is essential
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
    • A strong problem-solving skillset
    • Professional image and appearance
    • Must be fluent in English 
    • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
    • Effective time management

    Preferences:

    • Knowledge of any MRI product
    • Familiarity with the property or software industry
    • Experience or knowledge of accounting practices
    • Technically proficient
