We are seeking an experienced OpenShift Administrator to join our client. As an OpenShift Administrator, you will be responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and support of our OpenShift Container Platform infrastructure. You will work closely with our development, operations, and security teams to ensure the reliability, availability, and security of our containerized applications.
Tasks may include:
Deliver workshops (business and architectural)
Product Administration activities
Use case workshops and Use case development assistance
Product Roadmap discussion
Operations assessment
Skills assessment and education roadmap
Health check assessment
Performance tuning assessment
Capacity planning assessment
Software upgrade assessment
Data, metadata, technology and workload migration assessment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
years of experience as a Linux system administrator.
years of experience managing Kubernetes and/or OpenShift environments in production.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications such as Red Hat Certified Specialist
