Our client is a leading global private equity and investment advisory firm. They are seeking an Analyst withing the People Technology team, to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for HR systems queries, troubleshooting issues and supporting users globally.
Maintain system workflows, integrations, data accuracy, payroll validations, and operational documentation.
Manage routine HRIS administration, including user access, onboarding processes, and template updates.
Support system enhancements and continuous process improvements.
Assist with annual HR activities such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee surveys.
Contribute to the implementation, and optimisation of Workday, including requirements gathering and user testing.
Requirements
Experience in HR systems, HR operations, or systems support.
Hands-on HRIS experience, with Workday highly advantageous.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Knowledge of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset.
Able to work independently while collaborating with global stakeholders.
Experience within financial services, asset management, or other regulated environments would be advantageous.
