• We are looking for an Analyst – Site Support to provide support to the Local Site Support team through ticket management and resolution, Printer Management and BU Invoicing, Inventory Management of all end user computing assets including maintaining of stock levels and accounting for the assets.

Reporting to the Advisor: Site Support, you will:

• Own the PC and consumables Inventory, managing orders & replenishment of stocks
• Monitor and track ticket age analysis and engage with resolver groups to ensure responses are within SLA’s and customer priorities
• Resolving of 1st level end user RTTMS tickets and update of end user computing CI’s in RTTMS
• Assist with escalations process and ensure communication with customers and resolver groups is managed.
• Identify ‘problem’ tickets and ensure that appropriate remediation is taken to meet customer expectations.
• Raise ad hoc purchase requisitions, engaging with Procurement and vendors for invoicing on completed work this including back charging on Printers
• Arrange for vendor access for third party vendors to Rio Tinto network and control and keep an updated list of vendor contact and other details
• Partake in Prestart Meetings, Safety meetings and meeting HSE requirements/Take 5 /CRM etc.

What you’ll bring

• A+ & N+ or similar qualification
• NQF Level 6 in Information Systems (Advantageous)
• Valid South African Driver’s License
• Extensive experience in technically supporting end user computing devices.
• Basic understanding of Networking (TCP/IP Environment)
• Ability to operate across culture and extract value from virtual teams dispersed globally.
• Customer focus and strong understanding of business context
• Excellent communication skills
