About the job

The candidate will be expected to

• Lead the pursuits and delivery of the automation projects across industries;
• Scan Competitive Landscape, identify differentiators and adapt the practice to grow market share;
• Identify important partnerships & drive partnership success through joint business relationships;
• Scale the team by hiring and retaining right talent;
• Drive local and global tech alliances for automation; and
• Work closely with wider consulting teams to deliver automation as part of integrated solution strategy.
• Create awareness in the clients and internally about automation capability;
• Define, sell and deliver automation centred business solutions for industry specific issues;
• Target services, solutions and capability sales model in the market to grow rapidly; and
• Team building and upskilling program

Minimum qualifications:

• Degree

Experience:

• 10+ years’ experience in automation
• Consulting experience will be an advantage
• Experience of building and managing teams

Key Knowledge and Skills:

• Robotics process automation
• Cognitive intelligent automation
• Blueprism, UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Azure cognitive services, Azure bot framework and Power Automate
• Process Mining (Celonis) and Digital twin
• Automation in cloud
• Value chain automation
