Strong demonstrable understanding of AJAX and JavaScript Dom manipulation Techniques

Role Content:
You will have the freedom to create and amend programs in accordance with the Group design and strategy.
You will have autonomy and manage your own workload, meaning you must be comfortable to plan, design, and tests programs of your own steam. Any errors must be checked and corrected. The ultimate outcome is an error-free result.
You will be required to review supplied specifications, working on your own but from time to time with others as required.
The group requires Developers that can process particularly large, complex and strategically-critical programs.
For all these programs it is essential that they are working at optimal functionality. Constant management and improvement is key, and you will be required to produce program modifications from supplied specifications, working to agreed standards and tools, to achieve a well-engineered result.
You will act as subject matter expert, and provide skilled advice in all aspects of the programming methodology, tools, and standards used within the Group.
You will take part in team reviews of your own, and team work.
Where necessary you will provide coaching and support to junior staff.
