    Application Support

    • You are the person people call when something breaks at 2am. You don’t panic – you open a terminal, grab a coffee (or three), and get to work. If root cause analysis is your idea of a good time, keep reading…

    What you’ll need:

    • 1-3 years overall, with at least 1 year in app or technical support
    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Solid database skills – SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar
    • Sharp problem-solving and analytical mindset
    • Great communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
    • Degree or diploma in IT or Computer Science
    • Ready for 24/7 rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
