Job Requirements:
3-year National Diploma in Information Technology (Hardware, Software and Network Infrastructure related courses)
ITIL foundation and SQL certification (Desirable)
Minimum 3 years' experience in Application support
Experience application support, troubleshooting issues and guiding users step-by-step
Experience in SQL
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar ticketing tools
Experience in basic testing
Experience in creating clear user guides, help documents, and screenshots (desirable)
