    Appointment Setter (Remote, 9AM-6PM EST US Hours)

    ENVIRONMENT:

    • DRIVE new client acquisition by proactively engaging prospects through outbound outreach and converting inbound inquiries into qualified sales appointments as the next Appointment Setter wanted by a dynamic Digital Marketing Agency.
    • You will serve as the first touchpoint in the sales process and play a direct role in agency revenue growth.
    • You will work the full top-of-funnel, handle inbound leads and run Outbound campaigns via phone and email to book discovery calls for the Sales team. You’ll manage all prospect interactions inside Go High Level, keep pipeline data clean and current, and follow up with discipline until a decision is made. 
    • This is a Remote role with a 9 AM-6 PM EST schedule.

    DUTIES:

    • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email and qualify prospects for sales calls.
    • Execute outbound outreach sequences to cold and warm prospect lists.
    • Book and confirm discovery call appointments for the Sales team.
    • Manage and update all prospect records and activity inside Go High Level.
    • Follow up persistently with leads across the pipeline until resolution.
    • Maintain accurate notes and disposition statuses on every contact.
    • Collaborate with the Sales team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
    • Report on outreach activity, show rates, and pipeline movement.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 1–3 Years of experience in Appointment Setting, SDR, or Outbound Sales in a Remote environment.
    • Proven ability to handle objections and maintain composure on cold calls.
    • Strong written English communication for email outreach.
    • Experience working inside a CRM — Go High Level preferred.
    • Self-directed, organized, and able to manage a high volume of daily touchpoints.
    • Comfortable working full-time, 9 AM-6 PM EST, Monday to Friday.

    Advantageous –

    • Background in Digital Marketing or Agency Services.
