What You’ll do for the Brand:
Responsible for administrating the approval process for group expenditure by utilizing the Group approval system and or any automated approval systems.
Consolidating and emailing required reports as requested by Management.
Ensure you are compliant to the Matrix and all approval checks are adhered to.
Responsible for administrating any Adhoc duties either daily or on an ad-hoc basis.
Daily monitoring of emails including week-ends is a requirement. Available 24/7 in case of emergencies.
Actively promote the Hollywood values. Live the values and lead as an example to the team.
Continuously looking to improve efficiency and effectiveness through ongoing learning and new techniques.
