Our client is looking for a talented and passionate Architect to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, a positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow within a high-end residential environment. The successful candidate will work on exciting residential projects and contribute to innovative, high quality architectural designs.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' architectural experience.
Qualified Architect or Candidate Architect registered with SACAP.
Proficient in Archicad.
Strong portfolio showcasing high end residential projects.
Experience with Lumion will be advantageous but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high end residential projects from concept through to completion.
Produce detailed architectural drawings and documentation.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical input throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute creative ideas and innovative design solutions.
