Job Description

• Hire Resolve is currently seeking a talented and experienced Architect for an architecture firm. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various projects, including new buildings, renovations, and additions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative and functional designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage architectural designs from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into creative solutions.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings, models, and presentations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Proven experience as an Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous work
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other professionals, including engineers, contractors, and clients
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
