Job Description

• To develop, design and maintain the solution architectures for Marketing and Communications. To participate in the definition of the higher-level functional and non-functional requirements, analyse technical trade-offs, determine the major components and subsystems, and define the interfaces and collaborations between them, safeguarding the strategic alignment of technology architecture with the agreed business outcomes

Qualifications

• TOGAF 9+ certified Solution Architect
• 8–10 years’ Solution Architecture experience
• 3–5 years’ hands-on Azure and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture or engineering experience
• Minimum 2 years Data Architecture exposure within complex customer and/or employee‑data environments
• Strong cross‑platform integration experience, especially integrating with SAS solutions
• Ability to design scalable, secure architectures supporting digital marketing and customer and employee engagement platforms
