Area Manager at Finbond Group Limited

Purpose of the role:

• The Area Manager is ultimately responsible for the day to day operating activities of his/her relevant Area with regards to financial, business/marketing and people management for the branches forming part of his/her area.

Qualifications:

• Sales and Marketing qualifications will be an advantage.
• Matric A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous Drivers License Clear ITC No criminal record

Experience:

• Minimum three years management experience in the financial industry. Knowledge, Skill and Ability: Leadership Ability Energetic and passionate Entrepreneurial Flair Dedicated and Disciplined Focused to the task at hand Hands on Approach to management and leadership.

Additional Requirements:
Financial Management:

• Continuously manage and monitor branch performance.

Business/Compliance Management:

• Ensure that the sum of branch daily/monthly is 100% accurate and is balanced everyday Sales.

Marketing Management:

• Develop implement Sales and Marketing plans to improve branch performance.

People Management:

• Manage motivate and monitor branch personnel and their performance.
